Mara Rossi – Office Manager
Mara holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences in Biology, and a Master’s Degree in Health Education (University of Toronto). She is also certified by The Michener Institute (UHN) in Clinical Research.
Mara has been working in the health care environment for over 26 years and possesses a strong scientific background. She believes the success of any business begins with good communication, diverse strong team members, transparency, teamwork, and collaboration.
Mara loves to cook and enjoys reading, practicing Yoga and meditation. However, traveling to new countries and exploring new cultures is her greatest passion. Mara is a life long learner.
Natasha Almeida – Care Coordinator
Natasha has recently graduated from Humber College with a diploma in Police Foundations. She is currently enrolled at University of Guelph-Humber to obtain a Bachelor Degree in Justice Studies.
Natasha has joined our team in 2022 as a part-time Care Coordinator. She likes to keep herself busy; she wants to stay productive and to continuously learn new skills. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and especially likes traveling. Natasha is always open to new opportunities and to meeting new people.
Renata Santos – Care Coordinator
Renata holds a degree in Civil Engineering received from the Federal University in Brazil. She has worked for several years as an Engineering Inspector. After moving to Canada, she pursued further education in Communication and Services Essentials. Renata has recently concluded her certificate program in Project Management. Renata is our full time Care Coordinator.
Renata’s diverse education background bridges technical expertise with strong communication, Customer Services, and management skills. In her spare time, Renata loves reading, fishing, and trying new restaurants in the city. Renata is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
